Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-business day.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, Shippit are our preferred shipping company.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Most carriers do not ship to P.O Boxes. If you would like to ship to a P.O Box please email email@example.com to arrange delivery with Australia Post (please note Australia post have limitations on weight and size of parcels).
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive your tracking number as soon as the courier has collected your order from our warehouse.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Battle Rope Australia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
The “estimated delivery date” for pre ordered products is our expected delivery date into our warehouse based on current shipping schedules. These dates can vary from time to time either way. If your original “etimated delivery date” changes by more than a week either way (ie. The stock could arrive sooner or later) we will notify you directly via email.
Please allow 5 to 10 days on top of the “estimated delivery date” to receive your order.
**If you order current available stock with pre order stock you will not receive your order until all items are available to ship.
If you want the current available stock delivered immediately you will need to make two separate orders – One for Immediate and one for Pre order.
If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging material and damaged goods before contacting us.
International Shipping Policy
We ship to all overseas countries outside of Australia.
